With the expiration of the Governor’s Water Shutoff Moratorium on February 15, 2022, Carmichael Water District (District), the District will be reinstating its collections shutoff processes effective June 1, 2022. This means that we will be resuming the assessment fees for past due notices, door hanger notifications, and shutoff/disconnection/reconnection processes.  The District encourages all customers who are unable to pay their past due balance in full, to contact the office to discuss their options prior to receiving past due fee assessments.

Note: Delinquent balances must be paid in full during regular business hours.   Services locked off due to non-payment will not be reconnected after regular business hours including weekends and holidays.  Payments received after regular business hours will be restored on the next regular business day.
