Jeff Nelson is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer with the State of California. Jeff has a Bachelor of Geological Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University. Jeff was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2018 to represent Division 3.
